Return Policy

At Unwavering Endeavors, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original contents, including any user manuals/instructions, booklets, leaflets, safety information, warranty cards/warranty details, stickers, or other promotional inserts.   

Return Process

  1. To Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at unwaveringendeavors@yahoo.com with your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and why you would like to return the product. 

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping address.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  4. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, and include your RA number. Please also clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

 

How Refunds Are Issued

We strive to process refunds promptly and efficiently.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  1. Refund Approval Notification:

    • If your return is approved, we will promptly initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a notification email confirming the refund has been processed.

 

Note:  Credit/Debit Card Payments:

  • Refunds for purchases made using a credit or debit card will be credited back to the same card used for the original transaction. It may take 2-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's policies.

 

Partial Refunds

  • In some situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

    • Any item that is returned not in its original condition, or is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check Bank Account:

    • First, check your bank account again.

  2. Contact Credit Card Company:

    • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Bank Processing Time:

    • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
